I have a question that any September expiring DL's validity extended to the end of the year due to the COVID 19 so I have no problem doing a new DROS? I just bought a new pistol and did DROS at Riflegear Fountain Valley Sep. 4. (My DL Expired on Sep.02) and the guy told me that it's ok
to do DROS since CA Gov extened exired liscnese to the end of the year. So I did DROS and left the place. Now, I am worrying if my DROS will be denied because I found no where DMV said such as what the sales man told me when he did my DROS.
Would my DROS will be denied? or What he said is true?
I am trying to have another PPT on Wed (Sep. 09) but now I am aware of my DL is expired in plastic card ( I just did a renewal on DMV website today) and quite worrying if I get denied on PPT until I get new DL on my hands which I don't even know how long it will take. If Riflegear sales man's words are true,
then I would have no problem doing PPT as well with my face expired DL card, but I started to seriousely worrying that the sales man cound be wrong and I just blow out DROS fee and extra days coming to wait to re-do the whole things...............
I know it's quite special circumstances but if anyone knows the answer, it would be very thankful to hear.
Thanks
