I have a friend that has dyslexia and has trouble reading. He wants to get an FSC card but thinks he will not read it correctly and fail. My question is can the test giver read the test questions to him?

Yes, it's in the FSC manual for dealers. Those without English skills can also use a translator. The reader or interpreter cannot provide anything beyond reading or translating the question; doing so can technically be a crime. In case it wasn't obvious, nothing I write here should be interpreted as legal advice.Comment

Last time I got mine the guy was so busy with other customers that I could've looked the answers up if I needed to.
Gotta admit, I'm a little shocked that anyone even bothered to consider a situation like that when they came up with the rules for taking the FSC.
Good luck to your friend!

I am not sure if it would help, but there is an FSC study guide online.
Maybe help him practice ahead of time.
Tell him good luck from Calguns.Originally posted by Kestryll:
