    Firearm purchase

    This is probably super basic.

I have a client that wants to sell her pistol to my business/FFL. I would then sell to a customer, sometime. Is this ok to do and what paperwork is entailed? I assume not a 4473, as me personally am not registering it, but I am not sure how it gets out of her name.

A couple years ago I personally bought a pistol from my business and sold to a private a couple months later. ATF was not happy and said I would have to have it in my personal collection for a year.
I am trying to avoid issues obviously

    Thanks in advance. Appreciate it

And, once you acquire it, it losses the ability to be a PPT.

is the ffl a llc or personal?

can you ppt it to your person instead of the business?
