When we were in CA doing all kinds of edgy, cool stuff our attorney at the time, Jason Davis, gave us some very simple advice. I'll offer it here to you guys, no charge:

"If there is ever ANY doubt as to legality, NEVER do what the customer is asking you to do".

Just a bit of info to those of you that aren't sure about the mag situation given the events of today.
