fixed magazine when the law changes. Is it still possible to sell the pistol legally? What do I need to know? Please educate me and if you have any FFL recommendation in LA/IE/OC area that will do the transfer if I ever decided to sell. Thanks!

It is Currently fitted with the ar maglock with fixed 10 rds. as is right now is seperated with the upper is it still considered RAW? Thanks!Comment
