    DOJ Roster Expiration Date?

Hi Ya'll, I'm looking at ordering a Kahr CM9 and my dealer has no idea when or if it will ship due to the current backlog etc.

I noticed on the DOJ Roster that the CM9 and other Kahrs are due to expire on 1/1/2021, so...

    a) What happens if it doesn't ship to a CA FFL prior to that date?

    b) Would microstamping be required of Kahr to re-up the CM9 post 1/1/2021?

    Thanks, appreciate Ya'll!

Then you have to use ppt. Never be microstamping available. Better find one to have shipped in before that.

Pay $200, pass Go and renew the listing. All firearms expire every year.

Thanks all, indeed, I meant the PM9 instead, my bad.

So it costs Kahr $200 to re-up per model on the roster?

all pistols work the same way on the roster. Good for one year. If the manufacturer renews it, for a fee, it stays on the roster, and is effectively grandfathered in, as long as they renew. If they don't renew, it's gone forever unless it can meet the newer roster rules.

Right. State gets its annual mordita.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

Wow, this is a learning experience (bought my last On-Roster PPT, so no issue)!

Let me see if I have it right now?

                  Handguns, Non - C&R:

                  a) Off-Roster purchases, used or new must be made PPT.

                  b) On-Roster purchases, new or used must be made via FFL.

                  c) So how do you ID On-Roster, UPC Code and/or Manufacturer Part#, and/or SKU?

An example, I'm interested in this...

...it's a used Black Slide Kahr PM9 (black slide Kahr PM9's are currently on the roster: PM9094A), though I don't know anything else about it, like UPC Code or Manufacturer Part # etc?

Do I need the UPC Code or Manufacturer Part # or SKU?

I think I know that the CA Compliant PM9's have no thumb safety or mag safety like this one, not sure about any LCI?

This is danged confusing LOL, TIA for any help...
