    Can an FFL Deliver Guns?

With all the COVID drama going on can an FFL deliver a gun to a customer AFTER their DROS clears? I've never heard of it, just was curious if it could be done. (Covid risk, stay-at-home order, etc, etc) You obviously would get "pick up" docs signed, thumb print, etc....

That said, would that violate the FFL, as the location of service is not your FFLs?

If Bars can sell Alcohol to-go, can you deliver guns?

The ATF has not given any exemption to not facilitating the transfer at the dealers address or qualifying gun show or event.

    So, to my knowledge. No

An FFL delivered once but its NOT their normal practice (one-time deal). After 10 days, they printed out the approved dros (along with rest of original paperwork), brought an ink pad, double-checked, John Hancock, done.

I believe we are allowed to use a walk up window or tent on our premises, but delivery is definitely out.

I'm sure its been done in the past, just curious on the legality of it.
