    Locked out of DES

I was trying to reset my password as it requires. It did not seem to work. When I went to log in neither my old or new password worked. Then it locked me out. Now no one picks up the DES help line and they have not responded to my email. Anyone know another phone number to try? I have customers waiting for ammo pickups.

They called and resolved it. Scary they can just lock you out and no one is there to assist.

It's sad that government agencies can never really be held accountable. It's not like we have an option to not use them.. and they know it.. so who really cares about customer service and retention... in fact with the politics of this state they would be quite happy if they lost all their customers...sad state we live in... that's some laws that should be passed...

crap customer service means refunds... then maybe the .gov agencies would care about us..

My COE renewal locked me out on April 24th. Got back in several hours ago.....

22 days until I would have had to start over.

Reminds me of a story my friend Johann told me about South Africa.

Short version: After incremental steps that ended in having to apply for a yearly renewal to your gun license, they just stopped processing the applications, then made them turn in the guns.
