    Do you know if the website listed is a 3rd party site or actually part of calfire? It's so "good" at looking like a calfire site I would have thought if it wasn't really they would have been forced to take it down. All the link about terms of use, etc.. point back to the CA .gov websites.

    Are you aware if Cal Fire lists that website anywhere as an official method to get the permit?

    Ah good call. i didn't catch on right away it was a 3rd party website..outside of the whois record it really looks like a legit calfire sight..

    Anyone see a reason this doesn't satisfy both federal/state requirements?

    It appears to be a government document with a period of validity.
