As a non FFL, how do you guys transfer stripped lowers? They classify as a firearm, yet have no magazine or any other parts. Is a magazine required to PPT a stripped lower? Just asking.Comment

There is no safety demo required for a lower, there was a bulletin about that when the FSC applied to long guns.Kemasa.
