Does anyone really know what time it is (Chicago)?
To be sure and clear thought to ask the Pros:
(a) As used in Section 31815 and in Division 6 (commencing
with Section 26500) of Title 4, "infrequent" means:
(1) For handguns, less than six transactions per calendar year.
(2) For firearms other than handguns, occasional and without
regularity.
So; I can have the magic #5 Handgun PPT transactions this year...and also sell a "few" Long Guns along the way? Without fear of being sent to prison for the rest of my life.
