Multiple Gun Sales Form 3310 Help!

Hello! I wanted to know if I need to fill out this form for the ATF if a person has gotten 2 glocks from Private Party Transfers, Do I still need to fill out this form or is it not needed? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

If you deliver more than one handgun to the same person within a 5-day period you must submit, doesn't matter how you got the gun

The 2 rifle need to meet these requirements or you don't have to report

" The types of rifles that must be reported are those with the following characteristics: semiautomatic, a caliber greater than .22 (including .223 or 5.56 mm), and the ability to accept detachable magazines."

You mean two semi auto rifles (not rimfire) with the ability to accept a detachable mag. Not just any rifles
