Mixed messages from the DES. Surprise..I know

When you do an ammo sale, are you keeping the eligibility check DROS and the Ammo sale DROS? Or just the Ammo sale DROS with the signature?
Seems redundant. Tried checking the bulletins, but did not find a directive.
