Interfamilial transfer ?

Can my son in Florida transfer this pistol lower in this configuration to me? Of course it will be compliant.

My advice is to transfer a complete pistol. If you transfer in a frame only it will not be DROSd as a semi auto pistol and then you could be on the hook for manufacturing an unsafe handgun if found with it later in a semi auto config.

That is just my opinion. The FFLs may have more insight or contrary advice.

I give the same advice for the same reason since nobody knows if that will ever actually be an issue.
