    Armslist sale

I was on armslist and someone selling a colt combat commander that I wanted states that he can ship it to my ffl. From my understanding there is no way he can do this and it seems like a scam. Is there any possible way for him to do this? I want to tell him to screw off but wanted to make sure before I do haha thanks

Of course he can ship it to your FFL.

    You just can't obtain it.

    Off roster
    You are not LEO

    Not C&R, right?

"In 1970, Colt introduced the all-steel "Colt Combat Commander", with an optional model in satin nickel."
If it is a 1970 version, it could qualify.

Let another back me up in case there is a gun show loophole.

If the seller is just clueless, educate him instead of blasting him.

Or ask him why he believes it is legal, that could get interesting.

          Hope you get one.

If it's JUST a matter of your FFL being closed right now, have him ship it to one who is open.
