                  I don't believe he stayed.

                  While the fee charged is illegal, he is providing information to people that should they want to pay an excessive fee, they would be able to do the CA PPT. Most wouldn't, but it is possible that some people would just so that they can get it done.

                  Any place who violates the law should be made well know, so there is that as well.

                        So one of my buddies is late to the party, was looking to see who might still be open for new purchases. Anyone know of any lgs still open for new purchases?
