    Retail + PPT = 2 DROS fees?

Wanted to make a retail purchase of a couple of handguns and 1 long gun (I am exempt from 1 in 30 as 03ffl + coe) and ppt my bro's handgun to me. Would I pay separate DROS fees or can it be combined into 1 transaction?

I've had it combined into one. I've heard of places that insist on two. Ask the FFL in advance.

Cost to the FFL is one DROS fee as they are all part of one transaction. Some FFL's charge DROS fees based on # of guns to make more money, as previous post read ask FFL first.

I believe it is 2 fees. reason is that one is a retail and the other is a PPT. I haven't came across anyone asking me to do so but I did ask my rep and she confirmed it as a separate fee

If it is all done at the same time, there is only one DROS fee. If the dealer charges an additional fee and claims it is a DROS fee, it is illegal.

It is one DROS fee. Your rep is wrong. Been there, done that. The type of DROS doesn't matter. The FFL fee is different.

              ONE FEE!!!

Just don't close out the DROS before you have all the guns entered.
