    Keeping Top Portion Of FSC

Anyone else keeping the top portion of the FSC? We had an audit and our auditor said we didn't have to keep it. Any reason anyone else does?

Our DOJ Field Rep has instructed us to staple it to the FSC test. It would be nice to have a single set of "rules" that we all followed the same way.

This is what we were previously told to do.

We print 2 copies. One gets stapled to the test, the other goes to the student.

How it is done has changed, but they haven't changed what is supposed to be done.

I cut off the top and staple it to the test, just to keep it together, bur have never been told anything. I don't recall what is on the top, but I don't feel the need to give the customer something that they are not required to have, plus it is cheaper to just print one copy.

I don't think that when the CA DOJ inspected that they even asked to see any of that, just the DROS stuff.

We keep it stapled to the test. We were told recently as of a couple months ago by our DOJ rep that was how it was supposed to be done.

As others have mentioned above. We were told to staple it to the completed, signed, and graded answer sheet from the test.

That's exactly what we were doing as well so I was surprised when she told me that we didnt have to. I hate how they stack together stapled like that but I guess we'll just keep doing it like that to be on the safe side.

Another thing I thought was strange was that she insisted corrections for mistakes/ missing items on the tests were on the dealer and the dealers responsibility. However I was always under the impression it was on the instructor themselves, any insight?
