COE - Add files

So I may be missing something, but after creating a account in CFARS and doing the COE application, I have heard you need to upload a copy of your DL. I found the COE instructions online and it shows the process. The only thing is I can't get to the screen where there is an option to "modify restricted fields" and then to the screen to upload a document.

Does this option only happen after the state does some process?

I have never seen anything about ‘modify restricted fields’.

If you cannot figure out how to upload the DL images, then just submit what you have and they will bounce it back to you with fairly clear/easy method to upload the DL images.
