FFL COE Live Scan question

Just submitted my livescan for the COE (already have FFL03) and I used the incorrect ORI number.

Anyone know if calling the DOJ, or updating through CFARS, is an easy fix? Hoping I dont need to do another (read: pay again).

How did that happen? I know that form will show up with blank fields on some mobile devices and computers.

I downloaded the form (Live Scan Service form (BCIA 8016)) from

https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/cert-eligibility

...took it to my local Live Scan spot and they noticed it didnt have the ORI number. After a quick google search (which was an incorrect search of "ORI# DOJ CCW" (my mind was on my CCW for some reason, not the COE) I went back and gave her AB165 as the number... for a FIREARMS ELIGIBILITY REVIEW.

get home and realize my F up. so here I am.....
