Is this a pistol or an AOW?

I posted this in another section, but I think this is more of an FFL question. Is this an AOW or just a "Pistol" in CA? Since CA sees everything under 16" barrel as a pistol. Federally this would be and AOW, but where does it fall in CA?

Don't factor in the lower as it could be a BBAW, AW or SSE.

    Under Ca laws/regulations...
The firearm as pictured would be considered a handgun, unsafe handgun, and assault weapon.

First off, this NOT an AOW under federal law. It is an "other." Second, you could easily build out this configuration if you were willing to use a 16+" barrel, and if you think about it, there isn't much benefit to a short barrel in a tripod mounted firearm.

Any ETA on the release of that Tile 1 CA rifle?

The Title 1 is not a rifle.

Sorry, the Title 1 thing. (Not a rifle since it has no stock)
