Form 2 help

I have 3 guns that I need to form 2.
I am a 07/02

1- AR15 that I converted to a machine gun.
2- An 80% lower that I converted into a AR9 machine gun
3 Simple AR15 SBR (not select fire)

I am confused on how to word the additional description part of the form.

Can someone explain how they do it?
I am already a few days out of compliance so trying to get this figured out asap.

First, I hope you have CADOJ permits or live out of California. Second, the descriptions are simply related to anything you find relevant to the build. For instance, when doing SBR builds with BFS, we specify that feature.

Thanks for the responses.

Turns out I was just getting hung up on the eforms since my manufactures info had not been verified in the eforms system yet. Once that got done it allowed me to continue and was very straight forward from there.
