Registering Firearms to Shooting Club

It gets registered to a single person (or multiple people) in the club just as you would any other transaction. There's no way to do it for an organization.

All standard paperwork. They have to manage it on their end in terms of where it is stored, who has control, etc..

As the Pres. for our local club, the four .22 rifles we used to have were reg. to me but owned by the club.

HOWEVER: laws have changed. Once it was determined that any firearms "loaned" to others for various shooting programs (4-H, etc,) must, by law, be registered (DROSED with 10 day wait) to that person, we decided to sell off the rifles and not get into the "loan" of firearms business.
Our programs originally involved checking out the firearms to the volunteer leaders for their kids to us at our range.

Not sure how your going to work your program but if involves "loaning out" firearms you might want to check into that further.
