FSC exemption code for volreg

Doing a volreg for inherited firearms (volreg only per 27875 and being delivered in person)

I don't have a current FSC, I don't think, but I do have a valid CCW

On BOF 4542A, they have for the HSC/FSC number. Can I put down the CCW exemption code that you would use in DROS? If so, what is that code and do I need to submit copy of CCW or anything with the form? They should have that info already correct?

Even in CFARS you have to enter an FSC number. I don't think any exemptions work for Vol Reg.

Yes, submit copies. There are instructions at the top of the screen under "Form Instructions and Fee Information". You have to click it. This applies to VolReg, OPLAW, and Intrafamilial.

HSC/FSC
If using a HSC or FSC exemption listed in Penal Code 31700, enter 999999 in the HSC or FSC Number field. Include a comment stating what exemption you are using and upload documentation to support your exemption status (i.e. copy of CCW card, Military ID card, etc.)
