Need an FFL between Santa Barbara/San Diego

So I believe I've tracked down the pistol that I've been looking for...but the seller lives in Santa Barbara. I want to avoid shipping because I don't want to spend the extra cash on dealer fees and I don't want to be at the mercy of the 1 in 30 days rule.

Can anyone recommend a good FFL to handle a PPT that is midway or close to midway between Santa Barbara and San Diego? I am willing to do the majority of the driving, so closer to Santa Barbara would work too.

Help me out Calguns. You're my only hope.
