I would say go to Warrior One in Riverside, CA, if you were in SO. Cal. They are doing mine from MO to CA. The problem I have is finding a FFL dealer in MO to ship it. No one wants to deal with it, high risk low reward situation.

Warrior One wants a "Paper Trail" I asked them if my mother could just bring it into the store, since she was about to come visit me from out of state, they said no.

Mother can bring to ffl with you if ffl was not a dik. No law says she can't. Find another ffl. Remember 10 round mag max.
