If you plan to consign firearms you will also need a second hand dealers license. Not required to buy or sell used firearms but it is required for consignments.

In my county the Second Hand Dealer's license applications starts with the Sheriffs Department (they issue all firearms-related business licenses in the unincorporated areas of the County) but its actually a State license. Not sure if its handled that way elsewhere.
