    Heritage 16" Single Action Revolver

less than 16 inches in length. These terms also include any device that has a barrel 16 inches or more in length which is designed to be interchanged with a barrel less than 16 inches in length."

There is no indication that it is designed to be interchanged with a barrel less than 16" in length.

Can anybody shed some light on how this would be DROSed? Am I missing something?

Another poorly worded CA law. Some idiot figured if the feds required rifle barrels to be at least 16" then a rifle length barrel on a handgun shouldn't be legal. There is no fed limit on barrel length. I'd put 15.9" on the form and move on. I looked on Hertiage's site and 16 incher is not shown.
