    Before I ask the ATF ?

    Some advice from fellow licensees, please;
    My original FFL is sole proprietorship. Was just approved for new FFL as an LLC. Was issued a new number, instead of amending existing. Dont ask me why. Would like to keep both active.
    Could change sole proprietorship FFL, to home address? Or, close out sole proprietorship FFL all together? For legal reasons, I know all transactions will be under the new FFL number.
    Thank you

      The new FFL will stay with the store. Planning to move to Washington State in 2021. Transfering the license to the new owner, when we sell. Is it legal to have two active FFL's at the same location?

          Yep I have two. I know shops where two or three people have FFLs at.
