I do answer the phone but i have comcast and quite often there is nothing there when i answer. Ive contacted them and they are supposed to be sending a tech out. Also when i have people in the office I try to attend to them without answering a ton of calls. Im alone there 99% of the time. I also have 2 other jobs right now. Messaging me on my FB page or email is really the easiest way to talk to me.
