You should be able to sign into ur CFARS account and print out a copy of it.

Yea, I signed into CFARS and took a screenshot. They didn’t want that. I guess I’ll just print out the CFARS page and then take a picture of that.

Go to CFARS COE home. Click the 'Print COE' button, which will generate a perfectly clean PDF certificate. Save that PDF and send it to Brownells. They took mine, no problem.

Oh... turns out, when I logged in with my laptop there's a menu option to "print COE" and there's a nice certificate and letter. Okay, done. Thanks all.
