Hello. I was trying to finish my coe today. I took the form this morning. I clicked on the link from the oag.ca.gov/coe.
It was a blank form so i just filled in the applicants info and the top part of the form was a blank. ( applicajt submission) part.
So i didnt have ORI number or anything written. Where do i get that info?
I assumed they filled it in but the lady said that applicants being the form all filled out ( top portion) not the ati number.
I found a link that had the top portion filled in. Im not sure if thats the right one.
