For FFLs-New DROS issues with FSC's

It appears as though they are trying to match the FSC to the purchaser so if anything has changed they need to get it updated or a new one issued.

I had once with a married name change it won't go to preview because the FSC name does not match the DROS name.

I just had one that the FSC instructor put his suffix in the name field because the FSC system does not have a suffix field. Because of this his FSC name does not match the DROS name if will not let you submit.

Had this same issue today and had to remove the suffix and place at the end of the last name. WTF. I bet the DOJ turds who created this new system are patting themselves on the back for doing such a great job.

I had a JR that didn’t match. DES customer seduce told me to put JR in the last name on DROS to match the FSC. I was able to edit the FDC. Difficult situation because one will be “wrong” because FSC does not have a suffix box.

So DES customer service told you to "Intentionally Falsify information on the DROS"

They kind of hinted at that when I called and someone who wasnt an idiot got on the phone and said "since the FSC did not ask for a suffix, the CI putting it in the last name field made and error and it needs to be corrected before submitting a DROS."
