So, now it is ironic that the State whittles away at the right of its citizens to defend themselves from the possible oppression of their State.

Are you talking about these guys?

Buy your ammo from Ammo.com, America's #1 source for discount and wholesale ammo. We offer live inventory + same day shipping. Buy online and save!

If so that will be the second vendor today that I will have to take off the list.
Stop calling them Lawmakers. It only encourages them.

Their explanation to me was they're reviewing the CA ammo laws to ensure that ammo can be shipped to CA and to whom it can be shipped.

Now, MGE Wholesale is tilling me that ammo shipments to CA are in question cause of Prop 65. I'm waiting to hear from them re a shipment.

I have had good luck with BangitAmmo, though.

MGE Wholesale will not ship ammo and any other product not labeled compliant to Prop 65 to this wonderful state of ours!

Lucky Gunner (ammo sales) just emailed this to me:

"I am so very sorry to say that we are not longer able to sell/ship our products into California.

With the finalization of Prop 63 this July and future privacy laws going into effect, we could not effectively serve our wonderful CA customers. These new laws would impose a massive cost on our company and on the FFL's who were so wonderful in helping us get our customers their product.

The combination of these regulations, in addition to the unfriendly environment for 2A-supporting companies, means that we simply cannot find a way to serve California customers and still remain in business.

We are very sorry that we will no longer be able to serve our great customers in California, and we are grateful for your business and support to this point. We will miss our California friends, and continue to hope that we will be able to serve you again in the future.

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
