Bay Area FFL for IWI X95 Conversion?

I've had bad luck with this conversion two years ago as I was told by my FFL at the time that IWI refused to convert the X95 back to standard from any California resident.

I got in touch with IWI recently and they clarified that they were more than willing to do the conversion, but I've since moved up to the bay area and was wondering if anyone around was open to facilitating this conversion process for me.

Just had one done from IWI direct. That was basically the only way. Super easy and not too expensive . Mine was done in about two weeks

Wow, I am glad I got one of the first X95 in the state before they had CA models. I only have to deal with a simple screw on/off bulletbutton device.

Any luck? Looking to get this done on my x95. Did you find an ffl to ship out and receive your x95?

Make sure t has a grip wrap. Call IWI service department and tell them you want the free state conversion. I believe it was around $150
