    Tikka in California 16" barrel

    TIKKA T3X TAC A-1 .308 WIN. 16"HB THREADED CHASSIS

    Would this be Cali legal as it is bolt action even though it has collapse stock, pistol grip, 10r mag and threaded components? Or not? Got a call for one today and I am not sure it works.
