While not a FFL, I would suggest playing it safe and waiting until Chuck releases a statement on Monday.

I'm not selling them until Jason Davis or Michael tells us to sell them and even then, it will be like any other accessory for me. I can't compete with all the big companies so I won't sell very many anyway

It is going to be appealled, so as others have said, wait for the attorneys to give the green light. It isn't worth it if you end up having to pay attorneys, fines, etc.

Exactly, but even then there is some risk IMO. Remember when civil suits were filed against vendors selling parts kits? They were legal to sell, but the vendors had to spend $$$ to defend against it:

Five online gun equipment suppliers have agreed to stop selling or advertising large-capacity firearm magazines or magazine repair kits to California customers in a settlement of a lawsuit filed by the San Francisco City Attorney's Office.

                    Magazines

I don't think anyone wants to miss the wave! There will be plenty of people who will want to purchase standard capacity magazines after the inital rush of this weekend.

                      Hey Guys,

We reviewed this, and spoke with our attorney this morning.
We were advised to wait and see how this develops and we are taking this advise for now.

                              IMO...

I would advise waiting until after your lawyer or the CRPA/NRA lawyers gives the green light.

The ruling (only mentions PC 32310) doesn't seem to touch on PC 18010; which allows the CA AG or any CA DA's Office or any City Attorney to bring a civil suit to stop the making, importing, & transfer of large capacity magazines in/to CA. [PC 18010(a)(20)]

                              Penal Code 18010
                              (a) The Attorney General, district attorney, or city attorney may bring an action to enjoin the manufacture of, importation of, keeping for sale of, offering or exposing for sale, giving, lending, or possession of, any item that constitutes a nuisance under any of the following provisions:
                              (20) Section 32390, relating to a large-capacity magazine.
