I would also include the sale of so-called high capacity magazines out of state, as well as accepting firearms which come with those magazines and need to be replaced for sale in CA.

Include your business name, CFD, permises address, mailing address if different. Also, if you don't have letterhead, also mention that. I also included the statement "This permit would not endanger public safety".

One important thing is to sign the letter itself. They don't tell you that and if you include it with the CFD renewal, which is signed, as an attachment, they will reject it and the form letter doesn't correctly say why.
