    Restraining order storage

Anybody else done this before for a customer? I just did and wanted to get better ideas how to do better in the future. We did a written agreement. Including price, and such. What do you guys do?

I haven't done it, yet. I mention it to my PD "guy" should they need someone to do it. I figured I'd figure it out then. I've had so much on my plate for the last few months, I haven't gotten around to it. I'd like to know more though. I seem to recall a POA being involved, but don't quote me.

I've done a couple. It's a good idea to get copies of court orders so you know what is being direct by the court rather than take the word of the party relinquishing the firearms. Also get any court documentation regarding the return or disposal order.

I have done a bunch. Just basically copied a storage unit agreement. Also might want to address what happens if they become prohibited in the agreement.

I saw his copier papers. Never copied. And we did put something in about them only being able to be retired to him. Maybe something better would have been usefull. We’ll keep modifying it until we get it right. Thanks for the input.
