I'm sure this has been addressed, but I'm way to lazy right now to formulate the perfect search query to find it.
Had a customer today get rejected for a 1 in 30. Customer insists it can't be (of course). DOJ says that he is now 30 days out from when WE started the (rejected) DROS.
Is that really the case?
If I start a person on 1/1/2019, and then again say 1/15/2019 which gets killed, the next available start dros is (effectively) 2/15/2019, or 2/2/2019? DOJ is saying 2/15/2019, but that doesn't make any sense..... legally he can get a handgun every 30 days (yes I know DOJ doesn't care about the law, just their opinion of it).
