    DES/Web Browser issues

Anybody know what settings need to be messed with to solve this problem we are having with one of our workstations?

One of our workstations had the tower replaced. We are now having DES issues on only that new workstation. The previous workstation was windows 7, and we had no issues using either firefox or internet explorer to navigate the DES webpage.

The new workstation has is windows 10 with Microsoft edge, and internet explorer on it. So here is the issue...lets say we log in and click review DROS for customer John Smith. Lets say he has done 5 DROS here and they are numbered -0001, -0002,-0003, -0004, and -0005, and we want to review all of them. We select -0001 from the list, and it displays normal. We then hit, "return to search results", and it takes us back to the listings 1-5 as normal. When we click on -0002 to review that dros, it displays -0001 again. Same if any other DROS are selected, it will only show -0001. There is also an occasional "404 not found" error.

We have already reset IE to default settings, added des.doj.ca.gov and *.ca.gov to the "allow popups" list. Anybody else dealt with this?

had a similar issue at work (we're stuck on IE).

if i'm remembering right, there's 2 settings to change. first, "general" tab, under "browsing history" heading, settings button; set the radio button to check for newer versions "every time i visit the webpage". then hit OK, and go to the "advanced" tab. last section ("security"), and check the option "do not save encrypted pages to disk". hit OK, maybe clear the cache for good measure, and try the page again.

I use Chrome with no issues either, I was having problems with Safari and switched to chrome for DES only.

Funny thing is when I called them the help line guy told me they suggest Chrome, go figure.
