Right, hm, would they put option 3 on license... They put male on 4473... On DROS you put male, or option 3?? Does DROS have to match 4473?

If it doesn't match, since both are signed under penalty of perjury, they are making a false statement, so end of transfer.

DROS and 4473 must match each other. If a customer doesn’t check a box, the forms are not complete. No sale. If their DL says male, female, NB. I don’t care but they have to choose one on the 4473 and dros will match that choice or no firearm.

It wouldn't go far. As I recall the BATF has said that if the 4473 isn't filled out properly then you can't complete the transfer. The person can sue the BATF to get the 4473 changed, but until then FFLs have to follow the laws.
