It has not been discontinued.

H&K (Germany) makes firearms in runs and the current primary manufacturing focus is making HK416F for the French Military.
Everything else is on backburner, until the bulk the French contract is fulfilled.

H&K USA manufacturing is concentrated on making VP9 and VP40 series, since they are in more demand than the HK45 series.

We are direct with HK. All civilian firearms are indeed not being made until they fill their military contracts. Maybe as long as after the first quarter next year. However, their Compact USP was just made available so hopefully they will finish soon.
