DROS Records Disposal

Hello. So, I used the search function, and used different key words. Didnt find it on Calguns. Also found my answer on google, but I am asking just in case I am missing something...

Ca DOJ says to keep DROS paperwork that customer and dealer signs for 3 years (Ca DOJ website FAQ). After that, I can shred them correct? And 4473's are 20 years.

That's correct to my understanding.

Thank you Mr. Dave! That is the same wording that I found, I just want to be sure, in case something passed recently that I missed.

Denied 4473s have to be kept 5 years. Completed 20 years.
