    COE Renewal Problem

    We've been closed for 2 months and my COE needs renewal. Went through the "forgot password" process as prompted. Finally got instructions with the http URL imbedded within a sentence and therefore was not highlighted. Tried cut & paste...no luck. Said there was a Error! Tried calling the 916 number and she referred me back to the web site. Tried bringing up the Renewal Form...that too said there was an error...#3!!!
    Anyone have any idea how I can get a renewal form to mail in??

    I'm about ready top shoot the computer

    So, now it is ironic that the State whittles away at the right of its citizens to defend themselves from the possible oppression of their State.

      I ended up using CFARS

              THANK YOU! Seems I can't get into CFARS no mater how I approach the matter...and the DOJ CFARS phone person is of no help at all.
