Address change with the USPS would work. Won’t satusfy proof of residency, but works for the address change

That's a good one. I never thought of that one before. My go to document when people say they don't have anything government issued is 'city dog license'

One time I smarted off about an FAA pilots license and hot dang if the customer didn't reach in his wallet and pull one out. Said Yep, that works here's the 4473.

Dog Licenses is a good one. I have never took FAA license for CA Proof of Residency cause the CCR says "Govt Issued... License, Permit, or Registration"

Even though we all know its a pilots "license" the card does not say that it says certificate. My auditor way back in the day said he would be fine with it but another auditor may not. So I don't take them.

You can procure all kinds of funny things. Even a Utah CCW works for CA residency and Address change because its state issued and has your address and a period of validity!

I took the FAA for atf since the address on his ID wasn’t right.
