Unable to Print Form BOF 961

Anyone try to print BOF 961 lately? I downloaded it from the DOJ site: https://oag.ca.gov/sites/all/files/a...ms/bof_961.pdf.

However, in Acrobat Reader, the printer icon is grayed out. "Print" is also grayed out in the File menu. In the Security Settings, it says "This document has an open password or a modify password. You cannot print or copy this document." Checking the document properties, under Document Restrictions Summary, the first line says "Printing: Not Allowed." What gives?

Print was grayed out for me also on the PDF

The PDF security settings are set to disallow printing. My guess is they want to force you to use CFARS now. It can be bypassed, but it may be to your detriment if you submit a paper copy and it goes nowhere.

Ok.. here ya go.. this one will work.. print out as you would any document
