Electronic A&D (SAAS or the like)

Does anyone use any of the electronic solutions for A&D?

(Like: EGOSS, FastBound, RocketFFL, ...)

If so, do you prefer it over the paper method, what has the experience been like with the ATF and DOJ during an audit?

I just use a spreadsheet. Hasn't been an issue during audit. I print out quarterly copies and for audit I print out date range they want. When they are doing audit of in house inventory I print that section sorted by serial number since they prefer that. I don't use any of the other systems because I don't tie into any ordering/inventory systems.

I back up to the cloud as well. Hasn't been an issue in 9 years and it makes it VERY easy to find transactions for a trace (Ctrl-F).
