Circuit judge

Anybody have a ruling or something from CA DOJ on the circuit judge, whichever DOJ field rep my wholesaler talked to he's telling them it's considered a street sweeper ( smfh ) my local rep agreed with me that it is CA compliant but I need some kind of ruling to address this other clown because obviously my local rep isn't going to call the wholesaler or vise versa.

I've sent a couple documents including some doj bulletins over to my wholesaler, hopefully they can show the rep where she is wrong.
