DP-12 Legality

We have customers asking about the DP-12 shotguns. I know there exists a 10 round version but what about the 14 round one? Since the high capacity magazine issue got put on hold, was the ruling that this has a high capacity magazine put on hold as well or does that still stand?

I searched but couldn't find any definitive "Yes, it is still legal for now" or "No, those are illegal now". Please let me know.

I believe that the ruling only put possession on hold, not the sales/manufacture/importation of.
